The Last Great Ascent

Dharma talk by Dr. Larry Ward

In this month's dharma talk, Dr. Ward will offer insights and real life guidance on how to cultivate equanimity in challenging times. From the top of a great summit we can see far and wide. Our perspective is vast. We come to a place of peace, presence and prayer in action. And just like climbing a mountain, building the muscles of equanimity takes intentional effort and practice.

The evening will start with a guided meditation from Peggy Rowe Ward, Lotus Institute co-founder and senior teacher, to help ground us into the moment, into the elements.
