Spiritual Friendship
A part of the Sit With Me meditation series
Kalyanamitra in Pali means good or beautiful friends while Kalyanamittata means good or beautiful friendship. For this meditation, we will practice in the tradition of the brahmaviharas, with the limitless energy of spiritual friendship.
Friendship is an adventure that urges us to explore places within ourselves that are unknown, and to do so with a loving energy and container that is both gentle and grounded.

Peggy offers a variety of embodied meditation practices in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and beyond. Embodied meditation refers to a lived experience of spirituality that is grounded in the body. It's about integrating meditation into our daily life. We will explore practices that will help us do just that!
Peggy began practicing meditation in college and it took her a while to realize that there was nothing to "get". She learned that the key is to relax into our body and to lean into our own natural radiance.
