We are excited to partner once again with our friends at Sangha Live for an illuminating, interactive course on fearlessness and deep equanimity.
In this 4-part course, participants will learn practical and profound tools to transition from fear to resilience, drawing on leading research and teachings in Buddhist psychology, as well as the neuroscience of mindfulness.
Each 90-minute live class includes a guided meditation, Dharma talk, group discussion and take home assignments, and will cover subjects such as equanimity, trauma recovery, grounding and the natural world.
