The event will begin with a guided meditation from Peggy Rowe Ward. A recording will be shared with everyone who registers, but we recommend attending live for the full experience.

Dr. Larry Ward (he/him)
Larry is the co-founder of The Lotus Institute, the author of America's Racial Karma: An Invitation to Heal and a senior spiritual teacher trained by Thich Nhat Hanh. Dr. Ward holds a PhD in Religious Studies with an emphasis on Buddhism and the neuroscience of meditation. As a teacher, Dr. Ward interweaves insights with personal stories and resounding clarity that express his Dharma name, “True Great Sound.”
