Circle of Gratitude
Guided meditation with Peggy Rowe Ward
Join us on Wednesday, November 8 for a 30-minute online meditation led by Peggy Rowe Ward and featuring special guest teacher Rachel Butt, @wondrousound, who will join live from Plum Village France to sing the morning chant.
Together we will create a circle of gratitude and healing. Calling on the help and wisdom of our land ancestors; appreciating and giving thanks for their support.
If possible, we recommend attending this meditation live for the full experience. If you cannot, register to receive the recording afterwards.

Meet the teachers
Peggy Rowe Ward (she/her) is the co-founder of The Lotus Institute, a senior dharma teacher, meditation teacher, and co-author of Love’s Garden. Peggy offers a variety of embodied meditation practices in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and beyond. Embodied meditation refers to a lived experience of spirituality that is grounded in the body. It's about integrating meditation into our daily life. In our monthly meditations, we will explore practices that will help us do just that. She loves to lead the practice and to sit in community.
Rachel Butt, from @wondrousound, explores the wonder of sound as a tool for awakening harmony in ourselves and the world. It was the love child of a life in music, law and social justice advocacy that tipped Rachel over the edge and deep into the wonders of mindfulness, meditation and the yoga of sound.
