Meet the teacher

Peggy Rowe Ward (she/her) offers a variety of embodied meditation practices in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and beyond. Embodied meditation refers to a lived experience of spirituality that is grounded in the body. It's about integrating meditation into our daily life. In our monthly meditations, we will explore practices that will help us do just that. She loves to lead the practice and to sit in community.
