Sit With Me, Dear Teacher
Live meditation with Peggy Rowe Ward
For this month’s meditation, we come together to honor the continuation day of Thich Nhat Hanh and reflect on the profound impact our ancestors have on our lives. Bring a cherished memory of one of your ancestors—spiritual, ecological, land or blood—and join us for this special sit.
If you can’t attend live, register and we’ll send you the recording. All ages and experience levels are welcome.
Continue the story by joining us for The Way of the Ancestors, a weekend retreat filled with music, poetry, yoga, dharma, meditation and more.

Meet the teacher
Peggy Rowe Ward (she/her) is the co-founder of The Lotus Institute, a senior dharma teacher, meditation teacher, and co-author of Love’s Garden. Peggy offers a variety of embodied meditation practices in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and beyond. Embodied meditation refers to a lived experience of spirituality that is grounded in the body. It's about integrating meditation into our daily life. In our monthly meditations, we will explore practices that will help us do just that! She loves to lead the practice and to sit in community.
