Join us on March 13 for a guided meditation by Peggy Rowe Ward, author, educator and renowned dharma teacher. Sessions also include gentle movement exercises and music, both to help us ground and connect with our body and mind as one.

This will be a special day with two Lotus events honoring our ancestral and spiritual connections. Be sure to join us later in the evening for the dharma festival, Alive at the Root: Stories from Hue.
