Sounds in the Key of Love
As spring turns to summer, we come together for a special meditation session filled with sun, light and the healing energies of music and melody. Joining us live from Plum Village France will be Lotus’ dear friend, the creative artist, activist and musician, wondrousound.
We’ll enjoy some light movement exercises, a guided sit by Peggy Rowe Ward, and music by wondrousound to help us relax and ground deeper into our bodies.
May our collective sounds in the key of love inspire the practice of deep listening and loving speech, reminding us of our innate goodness and true potential.
