The elemental way: an in-person retreat in Colorado

The elemental way:

living in the butterfly garden of transformation

An in-person mindfulness retreat in Colorado

in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh

November 10th - 14th, 2022

How do we transform our body and mind so that we experience more grace and ease in this present moment? This retreat will focus on experiencing and embodying the stabilizing elements of earth, air, fire and water. We will have time for silence and meditation, including sitting, movement, mindful eating and creativity, and community circles.

Teachers: Dharmacharyas Drs. Peggy Rowe Ward and Larry Ward are senior dharma teachers. Larry is the author of America's Racial Karma and Peggy of Making Friends with Time. They have co-authored Love's Garden. Viviane Ephramson-Abt, MsEd, LPC is a dharma teacher in Colorado and a founder of several Thich Nhat Hanh Sanghas.

We cordially invite you to join us for this residential retreat! It is sure to be a very enriching and life-changing event. It will be held at the beautiful La Foret Retreat Center in the Black Forest outside of Colorado Springs.

Note: this retreat is being hosted outside of the Lotus Institute. If you have additional questions, please contact: mindfulnessretreat2022@gmail.com
