About this retreat

The word "apocalypse" means revelation. As Dr. Larry Ward looks at the world today, he asks, "What is being revealed?" If we dare to look and listen to the natural world, he says, we can find resonance with the miracle of vast wisdom.

In this week together with Larry Ward, Peggy Rowe Ward, and Sister Peace, we will get in touch the seven elements of water, earth, fire, air/wind, spirit, lightness, and darkness. Together, we will explore the dance between the colonial mind’s shadows and the emerging planetary light.

We will delight in sitting meditation, walking meditation, lying meditation, talks, movement, silence, and ritual as we open to the nourishment and transformative power of the precious elements within and around us.
