More about this retreat:

Drs. Peggy Rowe-Ward and Larry Ward will engage participants in practices that support our response to the deep, unspoken crises of our individual and collective trauma in America today. We will look at our collective fragmentation and desire for meaning, safety, and harmony.

What is required of us begins with understanding our precious body-mind somatically, not just intellectually. In our time together, we will learn tools for coming home to our bodies, rewiring our nervous system, and healing our trauma. We will explore embodied Buddhist practices that cultivate resiliency and support us to engage with one another in wellness, justice, and community.
